On August 9,2004 the SEC approved a settlement against Conseco Services and established the Conseco Fair Fund.

Report the settlement as miscellaneous (other) income. See the FAQ below for instructions on how to enter this information in TurboTax.

i cannot cash this check because it's made out o the IRA account of Louise Sedekersky and i do not an IRA account so how do i cash this if i can't i don't have to report it
