I received $4.80 in interest from the IRS . Since it is under $10 do I have to report it? If I do where do I add in Turbotax?

You need to report all your income on your tax return. Just report it as if you received a 1099-INT.

• Login to your account.
• Select Federal from the left menu
• Go to Wages and Income.
• Scroll down to Interest and Dividends
• Select Strat next to Interest on 1099-INT
