I received 1099-int from my bank but there's no tracking id I already called them and was told they dont have it

You don't need a tracking ID to enter your 1099-Int into TurboTax all you need are boxes 1-17 (if applicable), from Form 1099.

Are you entering it in the right spot?  It does not go under  W2.

Enter a 1099-Int under
Federal on left
Wages & Income at top
Interest and Dividends
Interest on 1099INT - Click the Start or Revisit button
