I quit my job in November of 2024., started a new job in December of 2024., the job I quit never sent me my W2 for 2024., I called multiple times to the payroll dep.

Cont. …with out a call back. What can I do to get a hold of them to get my W2

Were they taking taxes out of your pay?   Maybe they were paying you as an independent contractor.
