I purchased TurboTax Personal

Federal completed but I cannot get State to work.  P.S.  Intuits "Help" sucks!

There is no product named TurboTax Personal.   Do you mean Premier?  What is the problem?  Did you install/download the federal program and install updates?  You have to download the state program too.  With desktop software one download for a state software program is included.  If you e-file the state return there is a fee of $24.99 to e-file it, but  you can avoid that fee if you print sign and mail the state return.

 

If you are unable to download the state for some reason you can contact customer support Monday-Friday.

There is no Turbo Tax Personal.  Which version did you buy?  From where?  Did you buy it from a store or directly from Turbo Tax? There are 2 versions of Deluxe in the stores. One with the state download and one without. Check your box. Also be careful on the screen to pick the state. You just click Edit or Start by the state listed and not Add State at the bottom, that's to buy another one.
