If you purchased the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition you have to install the software you purchased on your personal computer. The product you purchased cannot be accessed using the TurboTax online editions.
The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions and the TurboTax online editions are separate programs with separate price points.
