I purchased TurboTax Deluxe 2019 on Amazon, but filed online. How do I get credit for already paying for the Deluxe version?

If you used TurboTax Online and paid the fee for that instead of using the TurboTax Deluxe 2019 you purchased elsewhere, you can request a refund by completing this TurboTax Cd/Download Refund Request form:
