I purchased TurboTax CD but I need an adviser's help to complete my taxes. Last year I had to make a second purchase of the online software. How do I avoid paying twice?

I paid double last year for live tax help because I purchased the CD.  How can I avoid doing that this year - I purchased the CD again?

If you did not purchase the CD from TurboTax then take it back to the retailer for a refund.
