I purchased Turbo Tax Home & Business and it should have free Fed & State e-filing but its asking for $24.99 each. Whatn is going on ?

Your federal e-files are free.  It is $24.99 each time you e-file a state return.  Instead of e-filing the state return, print it and mail it to avoid that e-file fee.
