I purchased TTax from Sams club but now it wants to charge me again.

How much is it trying to charge you?  There is an extra $25 fee to efile a state return.  Or maybe you added on another service?  Go back though the FILE tab.  Unless you accidentally used the Online version instead of your desktop program.   Is there a blue menu bar across the top or a black menu bar down the left side?
