I purchased the product but it keeps bringing me back asking me to purchase the product again

Did you already pay for the Online version before Oct 15?  Ask support to give you the Download Desktop program.  Or when and what did you pay for?  Maybe it was to preorder 2020?

The TurboTax online editions for tax year 2019 have permanently shut down to make way for the tax year 2020 online editions.

 

To complete and file a 2019 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2019 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

 

A 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
