The CD/download software can only be installed to a full PC or Mac, not to an iPad or any other mobile device. If you did not have a computer that meets the system requirements you can use online TurboTax instead, but you cannot "pay" for it using the license code. The code is only for desktop software. You should explore returning that software if you can.
