So you have the 2023 installer file, but can't run it in order to install the software?
Or can you install the software and input the license activation code, but then cannot launch the TurboTax program?
Did you purchase directly from TurboTax or an authorized retailer, or an unauthorized source?
What type of device are you trying to install it on--Windows PC or Mac? It has to be a full computer (desktop or laptop), not a tablet. Did you download the right type of installer file for the computer platform? The Windows version is an *.exe file, while the Mac version is a *.dmg file.
