I purchased identity theft protection when I was done doing my taxes where do I find that information for that purchase?

It was optional id protection with several other options you could purchase to add to your tax bill which I opted for the id protection although now that I want to review it deeper I can not find it anywhere although I paid $40 I believe for the service so does anybody have any information how to find that information?
