I purchased a CD of Turbo Tax deluxe for 2018 but my CD read/write drive is not working. Is there a way I can download the deluxe version to my PC?

In order to have a download of TurboTax pushed to your account, please follow these instructions:

1. Start by setting up your TurboTax account if you don't already have an account with us.
   • Don't know if you already have an account? Here's how to find out.
2. Contact us (be sure to select CD/Download in the first drop-down) and ask your TurboTax Specialist to push a download into your account.
3. Once they've done that, simply sign in to My Downloads to download your TurboTax software.

I purchased the CD from Costco. It will NOT download therefore unable to put in the license code. I have windows10
