I purchased 2017 turbotax deluxe on a cd and in error i selected the incorrect state. I tried to delete the state to replace it with my state with no luck. Please help

how do i delete the incorrect state and replace it with my correct one where I live.

You need to call in for that.  Contact Customer Service during office hours M-F 5am-5pm Pacific (8-8 Eastern) https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
