I purchased 2015 software to download on my Mac Air a few hours ago. My download failed. How can I re-download?

Now my browser is set for cookies and my internet connection is better. (Reasons for initial download problem) and I have my Order #

You can re-download your software by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account
  2. At the very top hover over "My Account"
  3. Click on "Account Settings"
  4. On the right hand side click "Edit" next to "Billing and Shipping"
  5. On the left hand side of the screen click on "Downloads and Unlocks"
