I provided my bank account and efilled my return but I'm being asked to mail Form 1040-V Payment Voucher to the IRS? is that right? I assume they will deduct payment directly from my bank account provided? thank you

You are correct.
If you provided your bank account.
And you authorized the IRS to make the withdrawal,
The money will come directly out of your bank account.
Where and when are you being asked to mail the voucher?
