I printed my state return to mail (I've already e-filed my federal) do I need to include a paper copy of my federal return with my state return that I'm about to mail?

Also, should I include a copy of my w-2 with my mailed state return?

Yes, include hard copies of your W-2.
No, you do not need to send them your federal tax filing.
