I printed my Oklahoma return but there are no instructions on which paper to mail in or a mailing address to send it to. Thank you

From the  www.ok.gov  website: (these instructions are for individual returns, not business returns)

If you fill out any portion of the Schedules 511-A through 511-H or Form 538-S, you are required to provide those pages with your return. Failure to include the pages will result in a delay of your refund.

When mailing your return be sure to include any required documentation such as W2's, 1099's or other withholding statements, as well as any required Federal or Oklahoma forms or schedules. If your return is a tax due return, make your check payable to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.
