I printed and mailed my forms in and they rejected my return because they want 1095A and 8962 completed form, i don't understand how to complete 8962

If the IRS is just requesting form 8962, then you do not need to amend your tax return. You just have to enter your form 1095-A in TurboTax. TurboTax will prepare a form 8962 that you can print out and send to the IRS.
