I have been using TurboTax since 2010 and have trouble every year. Every time I login, it directs me as if I am a new customer.

Did you buy the Desktop program? How did you prepay in Oct? Were you charged? If you signed up for the Advantage plan in Oct that may have been for next year 2024 return. Or did you get charged in early Nov for Advantage?
