I pay for Self-Employed Tax Bundle (includes TurboTax) but every time I try to log on to TurboTax it want's to find the best paid solution for me. Why doesn't it know?

Could you have accidentally created more than one account?  If you enter your email address at the account recovery page, you will get a list of accounts associated with that address.
