I'm out of the country so I did the original file and then it said because I'm in deemed non resident I have to pay another $50 so I paid the $50 and then it said oh because you're out of the country you can't net file you have to mail it in. Now all of the information that I originally input is gone and it prompts me to start new. So I upgraded to assist service. The AI is way off. I'm unable to connect with anyone because I have a Thailand phone number so it's not recognized by the callback system. I'm trying to prepare my tax again but now there's just a red circle with a line through it and it won't let me even start my return. And now I paid $100 to Turbotax and I have nothing to show for it and no ability to connect with support. Please help.
