I paid, turbo tax took the money out of my account, but the app says that I still have to finish filing. When I go to look at it, it says I have to pay again. Why?

When I filed I set it up to charge my bank at a later date. I’ve been getting emails every day warning me that if I don’t finish it I’ll get extra fees, but I can’t finish it in the app without paying, and I already did.
