I paid to upgrade to Premium, but my program does not reflect the purchase

I am using downloaded software from Costco-the Deluxe version.  While doing my taxes, I used the prompt in the program to upgrade to premium to include state, paid $30, but the program does not reflect the upgrade.  When I click on State, it prompts me to pay again.  I have an order number and an email confirmation to prove the purchase.  What can I do?
