I paid to talk to a CPA from Turbo tax. He sent me a email message I am unable to retrieve the message. I am asked to sign on and then Turbo wants me to start my taxes.

If your talking about a message from a tax expert:

 

Log into your account, 

  1. In the top right corner click the red box that says Expert Help.  
  2. Click on the Expert Advice button,
  3. In the window that appears, look for "my contact history".  
  4. Click on it, 
  5. In the message(s) that appear.
  6. Select each one you need to read.
