I paid my 2019 quarterly taxes by check. I recorded this in Quickbooks Self-Employed as Federal Taxes. The paid quarterly taxes don't show in TurboTax. How do I fix this?

enter them in the estimated tax worksheet.    also make sure they were deducted on Schedule C.
