I paid fee by mistake and not able to do "clear &start over". So I did it manually and cleared all day and information. How can I start TurboTax Home Premier?

If you are wanting to upgrade to TurboTax Home and Business you can select upgrade from the help menu in the top left corner of your TurboTax screen.  See screenshot below:

Are you in the Online version?  Premier and the Home & Business versions are both only in the Desktop installed program.  They are both now combined and called Premium in the Online version.
