I paid est. tax this year ($3040) and I'm now getting a refund of $2367. Do I have to estimate and pay taxes quarterly for 2017. If so where do I get the forms

You are not required to make estimated payments for 2017 if:

You will pay or expect to pay (through withholding or other) 100% of 2016's taxes paid (110% if AGI is more than $150,000) or 90% of the 2017 taxes due.

If you decide you want to print the vouchers anyway:

  • In your open return, select My Account
  • Tools
  • Topic Search
  • Type 'estimated tax vouchers for next year' in the box, then select GO

See link below for when paying estimated taxes is a good planning.
