I paid 2100 in taxes and am retiring why am I not getting a refund?

No one can see your tax return.  You have not said anything about the source of your income, your filing status, etc.  Provide some details without any personal information.  

Most retirement income is taxable, and the amount you paid in may be covering what is due.

Since you have no earned income, you do not qualify for EIC, the Child Tax Credit, etc.
