If you're receiving emails informing you that we'll debit your account because your tax refund was delayed or not enough to cover your TurboTax fees, you can pay those fees through this link:

When paying through the link above, you'll only be paying the TurboTax product fees. If and when the IRS does eventually send your tax refund, it will be sent through our bank who will remove the Refund Processing Service fee at that time.
