I owe federal taxes but when I login to the IRS website it shows an account balance of zero. When will my account balance show up?

Does the return indicate that it was accepted?  Or is it still pending?

Did you check your Bank, Credit Card or other payment method that was used?

Yes its been accepted. I did not pay through turbo tax. I wanted to wait till it was closer to the time before I gave my money up:) but when I login to the IRS website it says my account balance is 0.

It probably takes a bit for it to update on their end.
