I owe AMT tax. Is it considered all through out the program. It didn't subtract from my refund at the end of the program.

AMT is added to your tax liability as a separate line on the 1040, but TurboTax calculates it on the fly every time you enter new data into the program. Assuming you've entered all your data, your refund should be correct.
