I ordered the CD version of Delux and have not received it. When can i expect it?

I ordered the deluxe version CD on oct. 27, 2019. order # QSTCA121363329. I have not received cd and you have wrong  e-mail address. should be [email address removed]. please advise when I will receive the cd.
