I only want to file a federal turbo tax, no state

i cant get into turbo tax to enter my receipts and file federal taxes

Yes, you can just file your federal return using TurboTax.

 

But be aware, only a few states do not assess state income taxes.  If your state does impose state income taxes, make sure you are meeting the filing requirements for your state.
