I only Want to do my state taxes how can I do that

 

 When you use TurboTax the information flows from the federal return to the state return.  You cannot use TT to prepare a "stand alone" state return.  Try going to your state's tax website to see if you can file there.

You will not be able to file only your state tax return using TurboTax.  Everything must be entered for the Federal return first.  Then it is transferred to the state return.
