I only have my last check stub. I do not have my W2

my paycheck has YTD gross amount. YTD Pre-Tax. YTD  taxes.  So what do I use

Why do you not have the 2020 W-2 from your employer? 

They were required to provide the W-2 to you by January 31, 2021.

Have you contacted the employer and requested your W-2?

the IRS wants you to contact your employer for a replacement.  if they don't respond you can get a wage transcript from the IRS (no state info) or a full w-2 from the social security adm for $90.
