Solved: I never received w2's from another state I lived in. I actually forgot name of company. What do I do?

You may contact the IRS to get a transcript for the W2 that is missing. Simply request it for the year 2017 and they will send you a copy of all W2's filed to them from your employers for the year. Please use the link below to do so:
