I need to update my phone number on credit karma and I don’t have an I.d I have contacted customer support and that was not helpful at all… I need help

Not sure how you want TurboTax to help you with Credit Karma's request for you to provide an ID.   If you lack any sort of ID like a drivers license or state ID, you have to remedy that with your state and get an ID.  Do you simply not have an ID?  Did you lose your ID?   Take the necessary steps to obtain or replace your ID.

For security reasons you will need an ID to update your phone number.  If that was not required anyone could say that they were you and switch the phone number to their number.
