I need to talk to somebody about a payment I made for a friend that was doing her travel tax on the 1st initial sign up and I made a payment for her and she got rejected on the quick

"travel tax"  ???? What are you asking about?  What payment?  To whom?  To the IRS?  A state?  A travel agency?No one knows what you are asking about.  Please explain and clarify.
