I need to speak to a human since your system does not work. The system does not accept manually or downloaded my health insurance info.

I have tried to manually enter the info and also download the info and I get error each time. " Form 1095-A Insurance exchange (xxxxxxxxx): Your calculations could not be completed. Reference code: 2-221-702. " Don't  know what this means or how to correct this. I cannot proceed further. Help please.
