I need to reinstall 2023 on new computer before loading 2024. It is missing from the list of previous years.

Where do I find it? I have an installation key.

Answer was helpful to finding where to access previous year software but when I enter licence code, I get this message...

 

'Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.'

 

This had happened several times now. Not sure what to do next.
