I need to open a ticket to removed several tax documents under my account, which resided in "documents" section of your website. I do not want to delete my account.

I need phone number or a site to submit this help request. My personal tax documents is being kept here without my knowledge and it is posted as security risk. Thanks,

NO One here can help you with that.

This is a PUBLIC website and no one here has access to your account.

Your only recourse is to call Customer Support and attempt to open a ticket there

.....though as already noted in the conversations you've already visited....that seems to lead nowhere.

If enough people call customer support to complain, maybe someone in TTX staff offices will start a corrective action to change the options they have to allow you to eliminate those stored files.
