I need to go back and click no for the screen marketplace,& dependent childcare. It doesn’t give me an option to go back to them. Or to delete and start over

I just need to restart or figure out how to reverse to those screens I’ve went back through everything so much many times and it won’t lead me to the screens. I accidentally hit yes on one and got confused on what the other was.

  1. Log In to TurboTax: Open TurboTax and log into your account.

  2. Navigate to the Health Insurance Section: Go to the section of your return where you entered your Marketplace insurance information. This is typically under the "Health" section or "Deductions & Credits" section.

  3. Edit Marketplace Information: Find the questions related to the Health Insurance Marketplace and edit the responses as needed. Make sure to correct any inaccuracies regarding coverage dates, income, or other relevant details.

  4. Save Your Changes: After making the necessary corrections, save your changes and continue through the rest of your return.

You can do the same for Dependent childcare.

If you are still having issues, Clear and Start Over

  1. Log In to Your Account: Go to the TurboTax website and log into your account.

  2. Open Your Tax Return: Click on the relevant tax return you want to clear.

  3. Start a New Return:

    • Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and look for the option that says “Start a New Return” or “Clear and Start Over.”
    • Click on it, and follow the prompts to confirm that you want to clear your data and start fresh.
  4. Confirm the Action: Confirm that you want to delete the current return and start over. This action will remove all data you have previously entered, so ensure you have saved any necessary information before proceeding.
