I need to get to my tax claim to fix a problem because it was rejected. I have been blocked! And I was charged more money than I was told.

Why would I be blocked to get access to my rejected? I have my 1095-A that is needed. I can't even get access to repair the problem. I will never use Turbo tax again

If your return was rejected but you didn't see an email with an error code, search for an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. It will give you a brief explanation of your rejection and how to fix it. Check to see if the email may have been routed to a junk folder.
