I need to file more than 5 returns, what do I need to do? Do I have to buy another file?

The five federal e-files is an IRS limit, which you cannot exceed by purchasing more.   The sixth one and any other additional returns must be filed by mail.  So....decide within your family whose returns get e-filed and who must file by mail.
