I need to file fed and state separately, but I want to file state through Turbotax. How do I do that?

I have to file fed tax by mail to include 8854 with our return.

If you only want to file your Federal currently, you can delete your state return to file your federal return currently, then return to add your state and file it later. Or, if you need to file by mail, you will also need to file your state by mail.
