What do you mean when you say "Federal is complete?" When and how did you complete a 2019 federal return? TurboTax no longer supports the 2019 software and does not provide updates for that software.
Sorry----software for 2019 is no longer available. It is too late to receive a refund for a 2019 tax return. If you will owe tax to the state, you will owe it with interest and late filing penalties. Seek help from a local paid tax pro to prepare and file a 2019 return.
