I need to enter less than $100 in business expenses on Schedule C, but how do I do it without upgrading the TurboTax product which would cost more than my deductions?

You can't so you will have to decide to upgrade and do it, or forget about them.

If you use the CD/Download TurboTax software instead of TurboTax Online you can enter business expenses in any edition. It doesn't have to be Home & Business.
